Suitable for Visual Inspection of Tablets from both the sides Design is cGMP - All Product contact parts AISI 316 & non-contact parts AISI 304 << The output always depends upon tablet size and operator skill << Easily movable and easy to dismantle for cleaning << The belt is driven by 0.5 HP AC motor controlled through AC Variable Frequency Drive << Tablet Inspection is suitable for visual inspection of tablets from both sides. An electronic regular can regulate the speed of feeding of the tablet. The tablets are inspected on one side and automatically get reversed and travel on a lower belt for inspection on the tablet's other side. The rejected tablets are removed by hand and passed tablets are routed to a container through a magnetic chute to hold any foreign/steel particulate. Inspection Belt Units are specially designed with Stainless Steel grade 304 and are equipped with Food Grade PVC endless belt.
